Questions we get a lot.
How do I choose between Growth, Scale, and Business?
Growth is your internal compliance workspace — inventory, classification, documentation, vendor follow-up. Scale adds the customer-facing layer: a public Trust Center, a publishable readiness badge, and gated document sharing for buyers and auditors. Business is for groups that run multiple entities, need SSO, and want a dedicated onboarding.
How do I add Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) coverage?
CRA Lite (€29/month) stacks on any base tier and adds Annex I classification plus a basic CRA checklist. CRA Full (€79/month) adds SBOM, vulnerability monitoring, an incident register, and ENISA reporting. Both work on Starter, Growth, Scale, or Business.
Is this legal advice?
No. Complair is a workspace for compliance work. For binding interpretations you'll still want a qualified lawyer — but you'll walk into that meeting with a filled-in Annex IV, not a blank page.
Do I need to be a lawyer to use this?
No. Complair is built for SaaS founders, CTOs, PMs and compliance leads. Everything is written in plain English. Article references are one click away.
What happens after the trial?
There's no trial — Starter is free forever. You only pay when you outgrow the Starter caps: 3 AI systems, 1 seat, 5 documents per month, 3 vendor questionnaires per month, or when you need the full template library.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Growth is €790/year (≈€66/month) and Scale is €1,490/year (≈€124/month) — roughly two months free versus monthly. Pick the cadence at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period. Your data stays exportable for 30 days.
Do you store our documents?
Yes, encrypted at rest in the EU (Frankfurt). You can delete everything with one click. Our LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) operate under commercial API terms that contractually prohibit training on customer prompt content.
